How to Complete Your Career Progression Plan

Select your role and level at the top of the page.
For each behaviour, choose True, False, or Don't know.
Review the three sections:
- Cultural values: Shared by everyone in the company.
- Deliverables: Specific to your work and output.
- Skills: Required for your role.
Each section is graded from Poor to Expert:
- Poor
- Basic
- Intermediate
- Advanced
- Expert
You must complete all criteria in the previous grade before moving up to the next level. Make sure you answer every item.
If you miss expectations or exceed them, explain why in the justification box provided.
Click Download and submit to your manager.
